- Candidates will be admitted to ME Engineering Design based on the marks obtained in the BTech or BE degree from any college recognized under UGC/AIU and the marks obtained in the entrance exams.

The total duration for the TANCET exam will be 2 hours. TANCET Exam will be held on March 20, 2021, and March 21, 2021. The exam will be in offline mode and will consist of 115 questions for ME. The counselling will be held in the month of July. Those Candidates who have cleared the GATE exam for ME are not required to attend TANCET.
- Karnataka PGCET: Karnataka PGCET is a common entrance exam conducted at the state-level by Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA)for admission into Post-Graduate courses like ME, MTech, MArch, MBA, MCA in colleges across Karnataka. Karnataka PGCET is a pen-paper based exam conducted in Offline mode. The total duration for the Karnataka PGCET exam will be 2 hours & 30 minutes. The type of Questions Objective will be MCQs - (Multiple Choice Questions) The paper will contain a total number of 75 Questions. Karnataka PGCET 2021 Exam will be held on the 1st week of July 2021.
