Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) is a 4-year undergraduate course with specialization in Electronics and Nanotechnology. This undergraduate course offers the study of Nanotechnology of electronics also known as Nanoelectronics.

Nanotechnology is an interdisciplinary science. In this undergraduate course, it is applied to electronics. Thus the objective of Nanotechnology is to study the properties of nano/small size systems with the Bulk system. It provides the knowledge of Nano and Atomic data of electronics systems as well as the use of Nanotechnology to improve the efficiency of the electronics such as the microprocessors etc.
