The B.P.Ed full form Bachelor of Physical Education syllabus has been divided into four semesters. The syllabus of the B.P.Ed course covers a wide array of theoretical, teaching practice as well as practical subjects.

The B.P.Ed syllabus has been designed in such a way that the curriculum integrates  the study of childhood, social context of Physical Education, subject knowledge, pedagogical knowledge, aim of Physical Education and communication skills. The programme comprises compulsory and optional theory as well as practical courses and compulsory school internship.

There is separate weightage assigned to both practical and theory papers.

Paper Topics Objectives
History of physical education Vedic period, Indus valley civilization, Rome, Greece The objective is to teach the growth and emergence of the subject. The paper will also teach the students’ abilities and forms of traditional exercises practiced in India. It includes various historical topics which will be useful for students to apply in the real contemporary world.
Culture of Games Commonwealth games, Asian games, Olympic games, SAF games, history This paper will inculcate the idea of gaming and sports event in the person studying. This will also provide with enthusiasm and make them learn event instructions and management in case they are made to host a big natured game. The course is well planned to teach students with all major sports event across the globe.
Anatomy Growth, principles, factors related to it, the difference between male and female In this course, the person will learn the subject from the idea of anatomical perspective. Students will learn about this branch of biology which will describe various structures of organisms. This will also help them put in practice in real life during a sports event or playing a real sport.
Sports psychology Body types, aggression, anxiety, and attention Principles of psychology will lay the foundation of a strong mind and brain. Ans: The B.P.Ed course is done in two ways. Candidates can pursue the course after the completion of their 12th or equivalent examination. Another way the candidates can do the B.P.Ed course is after the completion of their graduation. The duration of the course then would be 2 years. The candidates need to score 50% in any stream and must take part in the sports at the national, district, state, or college level.If the candidates have Bachelor in Physical Education course then they need to score 45% marks.
