NIET Greater Noida Admission 2024: Dates, Eligibility, Selection, Application

NIET offers admission to 8 Undergraduate courses focusing on Science and Technology along with B.Pharma. The high school (12th) qualified students will be eligible for admission in the UG courses. 

NIET Greater Noida UG Selection Criteria

Selection will be based on the performance in either UPSEE or marks secured in the Entrance Examination conducted by the Institution.

• Admission through UPSEE will be based on the performance in the entrance examination.
• Qualified candidates will be called for online counseling and document verification.
• Counseling will allot the college and branch for admission.
• The college has its own admission test which comprises: 
  • Objective type Aptitude / English test 
  • Objective type Math test for B.Tech. applications (Students applying for Biotech branch are exempted from Math test)
  • Personal Interview

• 12th Marksheet
• Proof of Entrance Exam (Admit Card)
• 5 passport size photograph

The college invites application for admission into the post-graduation courses in the field of Engineering/MCA/MBA/M.Pharm. Admission to the courses will be based on the performance in the entrance examination conducted by either AKTU or the Institution.

NIET Greater Noida PG Selection: 

Selection will be based on the marks secured in either UPSEE or in the entrance examination conducted by the institution.

• The result will be uploaded by AKTU on the official website.
• Qualified candidates will be called for online counseling and document verification.
• The college will be allotted in the counseling and payment of programme fee will confirm admission.
• Entrance examination and personal interview will be the criteria for direct admission to NIET.

The application form can be submitted for both UPSEE based admission or Direct Admission. UPSEE based admission will have online counseling where the college will be allotted according to the performance in the entrance examination. 

Application for UPSEE:

• Visit the official website of UPSEE: https://upsee.nic.in
• Register through the valid phone number and email id.
• Enter the required personal information and academic details.
• Scan and upload photograph and signature.
• Upload scanned supporting documents.
• Pay the application fee of INR 1300/- (INR 650 for SC/ST/Female candidate) using Net Banking/Debit/Credit Card.
• Submit the application form and take a print out of it for further reference.

Application for Direct Admission:

• Visit the official website of NIET: http://www.niet.co.in/.
• Students need to register themselves.
• The college will contact via mail/call and will invite for document verification.
• Visit the campus with the required documents.
• Meet the counselor and get shortlisted.
• Pay the fee to the counter of the college.
• Log In with the registered email id and complete the application form.

Reservation of seats will be applied to the residence of Uttar Pradesh only. This special provision is valid for every course.

• Scholarship for Girls:

NIET strives to make each girl independent and provide a fee waiver of Rs. 1,00,000/- (scored above 60% in 10th,12th and Graduation).
