Candidates passing D.Pharm with minimum 50% aggregate marks form an institution approved by Pharmacy Council of India will be eligible for direct admission to the 2nd year of B.Pharm course.

Selection Criteria

  • Admission to B.Pharm & B.Pharm(Lateral Entry) are done on the basis of KCET scores.
  • KCET 2021 Merit List will be announced based on the performance in PCB/PCM subjects.
  • Candidates whose names are in the merit list need to visit the nearest helpline center for document verification.
  • After successful verification of documents and issue of verification slips, candidates will be provided with a unique ID and Password.
  • Candidates need to login to their account and fill in their specific details for the allotment of college or course.
  • Every candidate is required to take a printout of these details after entering them on the official portal.
  • KEA will publish the details of eligible candidates on the website at the end of every day after verification.
  • After the verification process, every candidate should have the verification slip and the secret key. As without these he/she won’t be able to enter his/her choices for the option entry process.

Eligibility 

  • Candidates must have passed B.Pharm from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences or any other recognized Indian University or any other degree courses in Pharmacy recognized as equivalent by RGUHS/PCI/AICTE. 
  • Also they must have secured minimum 55% aggregate marks(aggregate of four years) in the qualifying exam.

Selection Criteria

  • Merit List is prepared by NTA authorities which is purely based on the scores obtained and rank secured by the candidate in GPAT 2021 entrance examination.
  • Merit list specifies Rank, Score, Category (SC/ ST/ OBC), Roll number and Qualified/ Not-Qualified status
  • Candidates successfully clearing GPAT with qualifying scores will be eligible for counselling. 
  • Seat Allotment is done based on the announced merit list as well as marks obtained in the examination.
  • GPAT is a MCQ based exam conducted in English medium and the duration of the exam is 3 hours.
  • There are a total of 125 questions and each question carries a weightage of 4 marks. Thus,the total maximum possible score in GPAT 2021 is 500.
  • For an incorrect response, 1 mark is deducted.
