Mahatma Gandhi Law College, established in the year 1990, the college is approved by the Bar Council of India and has been affiliated to Osmania University, Hyderabad.
The college offers both Post-graduate and Under-graduate courses. It offers L.L.B. for 3 years and 5 years with integrated courses in UG domain and L.L.M. in PG domain through both distance and regular mode to the eligible students.
At the UG level, the institute offers an LL.B, LL.B. (Hons), and BA./B.Com/BBA LL.B for a duration of 3 and 5 years respectively. Admission to all the UG courses is done through LAWCET or through Management Quota.
At the PG level, the college offers an LL.M under 4 specializations for a duration of two years. Selection to the same is granted on the basis of TS-PGLCET.

The selection is based on the marks scored in the LAWCET. The candidates who have not appeared for LAWCET can still seek admission into the college through Management quota. 20% of the total seats are reserved under this category.
The college offers L.L.M. in four specializations out of which Labour law and Law of Torts and Crimes courses are only offered through distance education. The distance education degree is conferred by Acharya Nagarjuna University. The approved intake of students is 20 seats per course.

The candidates should have passed L.L.B. from any college recognized by the Government of Telangana with a minimum aggregate of 50%.
