Mahatma Gandhi Law College, established in the year 1990, the college is approved by the Bar Council of India and has been affiliated to Osmania University, Hyderabad.
The college offers both Post-graduate and Under-graduate courses. It offers L.L.B. for 3 years and 5 years with integrated courses in UG domain and L.L.M. in PG domain through both distance and regular mode to the eligible students.
At the UG level, the institute offers an LL.B, LL.B. (Hons), and BA./B.Com/BBA LL.B for a duration of 3 and 5 years respectively. Admission to all the UG courses is done through LAWCET or through Management Quota.

- The candidates seeking admission to L.L.B. courses should have passed Intermediate/10+2 from any recognized board with a minimum of 45% (40% for SC/ST categories).
- The candidate should have passed TS LAWCET conducted by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
- The candidates with 45% or more marks in B.Ed. or other PG courses are also eligible to seek admission in LLB even if they secure less than 45% marks at degree level.
- The candidates who have scored a minimum aggregate of 50% and are from Management quota are also eligible.

The selection is based on the marks scored in the LAWCET. The candidates who have not appeared for LAWCET can still seek admission into the college through Management quota. 20% of the total seats are reserved under this category.
