The three-year LLB. degree program offered by Bharati Vidyapeeth New Law College Pune has a total intake of 180 seats every year. Candidates holding a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline are eligible to seek admission in this college.
Admission to the LL.B. course is done on the basis of marks scored in an entrance test which is conducted by the Bharati Vidyapeeth University. The entrance exam is conducted at national level.

After completing 10+2 level or equivalent with 50% aggegate, candidates may pursue integrated courses of five-year viz. B.A. LL.B and BBA LL.B offered by the college. The intake capacity for each of the courses are 180 seats. Relaxation of 5% marks in aggregate is given to the SC/ ST candidates
In order to seek admission in these courses, the aspirants will have to appear in LL.B entrance test conducted by the Bharati Vidyapeeth University. Candidates who have qualified the entrance test are called for counselling.

At the postgraduate level, the college offers a one-year LLM program and two-year LLM program in various specializations to the aspiring students. LL.B. degree from any university recognized by UGC with at least 50% marks or equivalent grade are required to be eligible to apply to any of the PG disciplines.
Admissions to both of the LLM programs are done on the basis of marks scored in Combined All India PG Law Entrance Test conducted by the Bharati Vidyapeeth University. However, the marks scored in the entrance test is not sufficient to get a seat, candidates also need to appear in a group discussion. A weightage of 70% and 30% is given to the entrance test and group discussion respectively.

Ph.D. program in Law is also offered by the college for three-year. Candidates who have passed LL.M program in relevant discipline are eligible to participate in the admission process.
The eligible candidates, however, will have to appear in a written test conducted by the university. A candidate will only be selected if he has scored minimum required marks in the test. The aspirants must ensure that they meet all the eligibility criteria, else will be eliminated from the admission process.
