Sri Hasanamba College, Vidyanagar offers a four-year BDS program at the undergraduate level. Candidates should have appeared for NEET UG and apply at COMED-K or KEA centralized counselling process for admission into the college.

Karnataka Examination Authority will conduct BDS admissions for COMED-K, therefore candidates can either apply at any of the two conducting authorities.

Candidates must have passed the PUC / PDC / HSE / 10+2 or equivalent course individually in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.

Key points:

• For undergraduate dental admission, a candidate must complete 17 years of age by or on December 31 of the year seeking admission into.
• Applicants from all over India are invited for COMED-K counselling.
• Candidate should be placed at 50^th percentile or above to be called as NEET qualified. For reserved category, 40^th percentile or above is mandatory.

Sri Hasanamba Dental College offers MDS degree in 8 specializations. The admission to MDS will be done on the basis of NEET MDS scores. 

For the year 2021, COMED-K will conduct centralized counselling process based on NEET MDS results. MDS admission requires BDS degree from a College/University recognized by Dental Council of India or an equivalent recognized by RGUHS, Karnataka and the Dental Council of India to be eligible for admission.

Important points:

• Candidates must have completed one year of internship on or before March 31, 2021 to be eligible.
• Qualifying percentile or score for NEET MDS for each category should be 50 Percentile for general category; 40 percentiles for SC/ST/OBC category and 45 percentile for PH category.        
• Candidates already pursuing PG Medical course anywhere in India are considered ineligible.
• A candidate should be registered under Dental Council of India.
