Sankara Polytechnic College Scholarships
SPC offers a number of scholarships to the meritorious students. The details of the scholarships offered are given below:
- PRAGATHI - This is applicable only for the girls who are admitted to the First year of Diploma level course OR Second year of Diploma level course through lateral entry.
- SWANATH - For this, the candidate should be from any one of the following categories:
- (i) Orphan, (ii) Either or both parents died due to Covid-19, (iii) Wards of Armed Forces and Central Paramilitary Forces martyred in action (Shaheed)
- 2) Family income from all sources should not be more than Rs. 8 Lakh per annum during the financial year of the application. A valid income certificate issued by the State/UT Government is to be enclosed.
Sankara Polytechnic College Facilities
The college offers various facilities for the comfort of students. Some of the prominent ones are given below:
- Library- The library department of SPC functions from 8.30 am to 6.00 pm during all working days. Salient features include digital library, Browsing Internet for educational purposes, OPAC system and Online journals. Bar code systems are maintained during issue and return of books.
- Transportation- The College has a fleet of new buses to cater the transportation needs of students and staff. They are servicing from prominent places all over the city to the college
- Computer Labs - The computer labs are fully enabled with wifi and are hi-tech. There are 310 computers, and have around 8 Projectors,16 Printers.
