“Regular counsellings and class meetings are conducted on campus”
We conduct regular counsellings and class committee meetings at least once a month. All problems sort out by us without any delay. Because of these frequent meetings, students and my fellow faculty members are quite open with me. We also teach our students how to face the problems in a suitable way. I think that is also important in the future if they go into industry they should know how to represent problems below a higher authority. We bought a tutor ward system in which I have assigned a faculty for every 20-30 students. Students can directly go to them and sort out the issue easily.
