Selection Criteria

• Students are required to pass the 10th class examination with a minimum of 35% marks from Board of School Education Bihar or any equivalent examination from a recognized board/university to apply for the Diploma courses offered by the college and they should have passed the 12th class examination in the science stream with a vocational or technical or have passed 10+2 (2 years ITI) with appropriate specialization to apply to the direct admission to the 2nd year of Diploma engineering courses.
• Admission to the courses is merit and entrance test based.
• The entrance test comprises science subjects, such as Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English. This is a two hours long entrance examination and the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination conducts it.
• The final selection list is prepared based on the marks obtained in the entranced test and the general counseling list based on merit.
• Selected candidates then are called for interviews and general counseling.
• Students are required to bring all the original documents for verification in times of their interview.
• The Bihar State counseling Society through NIC conducts online off-campus counseling to fill 75 % of the seats and the rest 25 % of seats are filled by the management as per the regulations given by the State Government.

How to Apply?

• Candidates can procure the application form for admission test and prospectus by paying cash of Rs.250 from the college office or by paying Rs.350 through drawing Demand Draft in favour of "C R K Polytechnic" which is payable at Hajipur.
• The admission form duly filled by the candidate with all the required information along with the application fees of Rs.500 through a Demand Draft drawn in favour of Bihar Private Technical and Professional Institutions Association payable at Patna should be submitted to the college office before the last date of submission. Apart from Demand Draft, one can also pay the application fees in cash at the college office counter.

• four passport size colour photograph
• self-attested photocopy of birth certificate
• educational certificate
• mark sheets
• passing certificate
• Caste certificate
• Character certificate from the last attended school or college
• Two Envelopes which are self-addressed and duly stamped of size 30cm x 25cm worth Rs.50 each.
