Xavier School of Management (XLRI)-NCR is the first branch of XLRI, Jamshedpur. It is located in the Jhajjar district of Haryana. It was established in the year 2017. The 36 acre campus was developed with an objective to expand the footprints of the XLRI-Jamshedpur across the country. XLRI NCR presently offers a Postgraduate Diploma program in only Business Management (PGDM-BM).

XLRI NCR will also offer courses such as PGDM in Human Resource Management (PGDM HRM), Executive General Management Program (PGDM-GMP), Fellow Program in Management (FPM), Corporate and Certificate programs in a phase-wise manner in the near future.
