Tanisha Gupta: “3 people in the panel. They were faculty, alumni, and industry expert. Offline interview. The interview went on for about 20-30 minutes. They started with behavioral questions, then asked questions based on academics in college and then questioned from a form they had made us fill as part of the process.”

Mention at least 5 interview questions that were asked to you and your responses to each of them.

Tanisha Gupta: “1)Tell me something about yourself: a basic intro about my background, education, work experience, and my likes.

2)They then asked me situational questions about leadership: Here I answered using the STAR framework. This helps in keeping the answer crisp

3)Then asked me to draw some graphs on demand and supply. Then I was asked to draw the BCG matrix. Here I knew some and didn’t know some. I answered whatever I knew and owned up to whatever I didn’t know

4) Then I was questioned from my form based on personal situations. Here I tried to keep the answer the same from what I had written earlier, no matter how much they questioned."
