GC College Admission

Admissions to the courses are granted on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in the last qualifying exam. Separate admission committees are there for each stream. The respective admission criteria will be determined by each committee.

Central Library: The Library building has sufficient space to acquire more collection of journals books, etc. and has a capacity of 150 readers in its reading room. The Library is divided into different sections like Text Books Section, Circulation Section, Reference Section, Newspaper section & more
Hostel: The College has two hostels for boys and one hostel for girls which provide good accommodation for the students. Hostels are allotted on the basis of merit.
Health Centre: The College has its own a Health Centre which is under the charge of a doctor. There is an elaborate arrangement for the first-aid facility. Also, it provides a regular health check-up.
Cafeteria: The college has a canteen facility for both staff and the students. It is meant for all students, Teachers and Non-Teaching Staff and offers a variety of veg abd non-veg food items at affordable rates.

Gurucharan College Pros and Cons

Eligibility is 60% overall Percentage in HS All the forms and application dates were available on the college website Reservation benefits were according to the national Reservation policy. The admission process was quite good I don't think it needs any change.

You need to have a minimum percentage of 70 percent or more to get yourself enrolled for a Degree course else you will be on the second list or morning shift of the college. Reservation benefits are there if you avail of them. I want to see my college library upgrade its contents.
