Supreme Knowledge Foundation Group of Institutions (SKFGI), Hooghly Admission 2024: Courses, Placement, Application Process, Fees

At the UG level, Supreme Knowledge Foundation Group of Institutions offers B.Tech program in five disciplines. In addition to it, the institute also offers Lateral Entry admission to B.Tech program.

Students seeking admission to B.Tech program must have passed Class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Computer Science/ Computer Application as compulsory subjects from a recognized board with at least 45% marks. For B.Tech Lateral Entry, candidates must hold Diploma in Engineering / B. Sc student with valid rank in JELET Examination.

Key Points:

• For B.Tech, students must have secured at least 30% marks in English in Class 12.
• Selection to B.Tech program will be done based on a valid score obtained in WBJEE or JEE Main.
• For B.Tech Lateral Entry, selection will be done strictly on the basis of JELET followed by counseling conducted by WBJEEB.

The institute offers admission to various undergraduate courses. 10+2 qualified students can apply for admission to the courses.

At the PG level, SKGFI, Hooghly offers MBA program under four specializations. Students with a Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline and an aggregate of at least 50% marks from a recognized university are eligible to apply for admission. Admission will be granted based on valid MAT, CMAT, CAT and MAKAUT JEMAT score, followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

• The minimum cutoff percentile for MAT/ CMAT/ CAT/ MAKAUT JEMAT will be decided by the institute.
• Students appearing in the final year examination of the qualifying degree are also eligible to apply for MBA subject to qualification in the examination.

In addition to MBA, SKFGI offers M.Tech program in three disciplines. For admission to M.Tech, candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized university. Candidates will be shortlisted for admission to M.Tech on the basis of valid score obtained in GATE or WBUT PGET. GATE score holders are eligible to get the stipend provided he/ she fulfils the norms of MHRD

SKGFI, Hooghly offers Diploma course in two disciplines. Candidates seeking admission to the Diploma course must have passed Class 10 or equivalent from a recognized board with at least 35% marks. In addition to it, candidate should also have scored minimum 45% marks in Mathematics & Physical Sciences, combined. Admission will be granted based on counseling through JEXPO Central Selection Committee or a valid JEXPO rank.

75% students will be admitted based on counseling through JEXPO Central Selection Committee and the remaining 25% students will be admitted by the institute directly on the basis of eligibility in accordance with provisions.
