The minimum qualification for admission to first year of the B.Tech course (CSE, ECE, EEE, Mechanical, Civil) is a pass in the Intermediate (10+2) conducted by the board of Intermediate education, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as optional subjects.

70 % of the seats are allotted based on the merit in the Engineering and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET) conducted by Govt. of Andhra Pradesh.
In addition to the above, Diploma holders are admitted in second year of B.Tech to the extent of 20% of intake based on the merit in the Engineering Common Entrance Test (ECET), under lateral entry scheme conducted by Govt. of Andhra Pradesh.

Ans. Yes CEC offers placements in big companies like TCS, Capgemini, Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant, Monocept, Tech Mahindra, Epam, LG, Wizely, NCR, etc. Students need not worry about placements. There is a great placement opportunity in the college.

Ques. What is the approximate fee structure for B.Tech and M.Tech?

Ans. Total fee for B.tech 4 year program is around INR 1,53,000 and the fee per year costs almost INR 57000 for Master of Technology.

Ques. Is there any provision for Scholarships in CEC?

Ans. Yes scholarship is provided to some students. For EAMCET qualified students, the government will provide an amount of thirty-five thousand. The rest of the students have to pay the full fees.

Ques. Does College provide the hostel facility?

Ans. Yes, In CEC you will be provided with a hostel facility. Girls and boys' hostels are different. The students develop a sense of responsibility and learn to manage their life independently staying in hostels. There are separate hostels for boys and girls. The hostel room is spacious and well-ventilated rooms accommodating four in each room. There are a lot of facilities that are available to hostel students like Outdoor and indoor games facility, Mineral water facility, Personal care, and regular counselling.
