For improvement, I must say that the college must do the admission process through a COMPUTER-BASED TEST.

You should pass 10+2 for eligibility in this course. The admission process at college at the time of my admission is normal. No requirement for an entrance exam. The course fee is lower than other colleges. The admission process is very slow, college need to improve the admission process.

Application forms, dates, etc are available on the website of the University of Rajasthan. I would recommend you do the admission process a little bit more quickly
