SPA Bhopal BArch admissions are made on the basis of JEE Mains score followed by JoSAA counselling. The JEE Mains examination (session 1) will be conducted from January 24 to February 1, 2024. Along with this, SPA Bhopal MArch and MPlan admissions are based on the GATE scores. The GATE 2024 exam is scheduled on February 3,4,10 and 11, 2024. Furthermore, SPA Bhopal accepts CEED Score for MDes Admissions. CEED 2024 will be conducted on January 21, 2024.
SPA Bhopal was established by the government of India in 2008, as an autonomous institute and fully Centrally Funded Technical Institution (CFTI). College offers both undergraduate, post-graduate and doctorate courses in the field of Planning, Design, and Architecture.
At the UG level, the institute offers a B.Arch. and B.Plan. program, admission to both the courses is granted on the basis of Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JOSAA ). The students have to qualify the basic requirements as per Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB).
At the PG level, SPA offers an M.Arch. with 3 specializations, M.Plan in 2 specializations, and an M.Des. for a duration of 2 years.
Admission to the M.Arch. and M.Plan. program is done on the basis of the candidates performance in GATE. For M.Des. the candidates must possess a valid score in CEED or must appear for the entrance examination conducted by the institute itself.
Admission to the Ph.D. course is based on the candidate’s performance in the entrance exam followed by an interview.
The application process for the PG programs is conducted online while for the UG courses, the candidates have to register via offline mode.
