Eligibility Criteria

• The applicant must have Master degree in Planning/Architecture with a CGPA of 6.5 or 60% marks in case of General/OBC/EWS, whereas in case of SC/ST/PH candidates a CGPA of 6.0 or 55% marks in the qualifying degree.

Selection Criteria 

• Candidates need to appear in a written test. 
• Those clearing the written test have to appear for viva-voce with respect to the area of research interest with a brief PowerPoint Presentation.
• Candidates possessing valid GATE/JRF/CEED score, any other institutional scholarship / sponsorship including ICCR and self financed (OCI & PIO) foreign scholars with self financing or ICCR sponsored or bilateral fellowships are also granted admission.
