SDM College Scholarship

The college offers government and non-government scholarships for the students based on merit. SDME trust offers merit-based and need-based monthly scholarships only for postgraduate students. Some Government and nongovernment scholarships are C.V. Raman Scholarship, Defence Scholarship, Ammembal Subba Rao Pai Memorial Fund, Udupi Scholarship, Arkula Vittal Shenoy Charitable Trust, Bangalore Scholarship.

SDM College Facilities

SDM College offers great infrastructure and various facilities.

• Classrooms/ AV Rooms: The college provides 60 teaching rooms and 10 lecture theatres across the campus. The room is spacious and equipped with various facilities like projector, pc connection, latest av equipment, remote medical diagnosis.
• Language Lab: It has a total of 35 networks with quality software support especially for modern research and training in foreign languages like Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Japanese, Korean, Persian, Turkish.
• Library: Library has all the modern facilities with a sitting capacity of 400 students. There are some special activities and services.
• Seminar halls: It has two auditoria and a seminar hall with smoothly accessible platforms. The modern furnishing hall is located in different blocks of the building.
• Multi-facility center: Its multi-facility center is easily accessible. There is also a scanning and printing facility for all the students.
• Co-operative store: It has a customized co-operative store with all the stationery requirements. It also offers food, healthcare materials, decorative materials.
• Cafeteria: It has a self-service system cafeteria that offers healthy and hygienic vegetarian foods at a reasonable rate.
