The college faculty is generally approachable, knowledgeable, and supportive, with many professors highly qualified, including those in the commerce stream who are often chartered accountants or hold a B.Ed. degree. The zoology faculty is noted for being particularly friendly and understanding. The exam structure has shifted from semester-end exams worth 100 marks to a combination of internal exams worth 25 marks and semester-end exams worth 75 marks, making exams manageable with adequate preparation.

The college offers 15 classes for commerce, 15 for arts, and 22 for science students. Despite some faculty having poor communication skills and a few teachers being less engaging, most faculty are dedicated, with some having over 35 years of experience. Interaction between students and faculty is encouraged, with teachers available before and after classes, although some office staff primarily communicate in Marathi, which may pose a challenge for non-Marathi speakers.
