About NIT
Nilai Institute of Technology, Ranchi is situated in Ranchi, Jharkhand and is also called NIT Ranchi. It was established in 2009. NIT Ranchi offers five different specializations courses of B.Tech. The admissions to the courses are done online.
The selection of the courses is done based on the candidate’s performance in their qualifying exam and their performance in the entrance exam.

Admissions to the college are done online. Selection is done based on candidates performance on the qualifying exam and entrance exam.

- Fill in the entire application form and get a demand daft made of Rs.2100 in favour of Nilai educational trust
- Submit your application form to the Admission Authorities on or before the last date of application
- You should have passed Std. XII with subjects Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and English with minimum 50% marks. Marks for a backward class in the same subjects is 45%
- Candidates of Jharkhand state are required to appear for JCECE or JEE Main
- Candidates outside Jharkhand state are required to appear for JEE Main
- Candidates wishing for admission under management quota are required to appear for JCECE
- Selection is done on the basis of the merit
