A constituent of the Theagaraya Chetty Educational Institutions, Sir Theyagaraya College is managed by a board comprising six renowned trustees. This well-lauded institution is situated in the property donated by senior Pitty Theagaraya Chetty and Junior Sir Pitty Theagaraya Chetty. P. T. Chengalvaraya Chetty, Rao Bahadur and P. T. Kumaraswamy Chetty act as trustees to manage the property and are responsible for forming the first Board of trustees in 1937.
