How do we reach the campus?

The college is situated on Coimbatore- Palakkad National highway road NH544. From Coimbatore and Palakad, take the road to Thirumalayampalayam pirivu. From there college campus is 2 km in the south direction.

How can I apply for an educational loan from the Bank?

The students should request the Principal to issue Bonafide Certificate and Fees Structure through Class in charges/HODs of the Departments. The College will issue a Bonafide Certificate and fees structure to apply for educational loan from the bank. The applicants can approach any bank as per their convenience with the information provided by the college.

How can I apply for government scholarships?

The college will send circular regarding the government scholarships. The student has to download the prescribed application form from the website of the college (www.nehrucolleges.com) and submit the application form after filling the details along with necessary certificate to the office before the due dates.

Is any bank or ATMs available inside the Campus?

The Syndicate Bank branch (IFSC code: SYNB0006169) is located within the campus. Also, Syndicate Banks ATM is located in the main gate of college.

When I shall get all my Original Certificates which I have submitted during my admission?

After getting approval of admission from concerned state university all the original certificates which were submitted during admission will be returned to the students.

Ques: Does NASC have hostel facilities?

Ans: Yes, NASC has 3 hostels for girls and boys each. The total capacity of the hostels is 2200+. Students have to pay INR 55000 per year to avail of hostel facilities. The college also provides transportation facilities. A grievance committee is also set up for hostel wards. Food is served as per the menu decided by the committee.

Ques: What is the highest package offered to students?

Ans: The highest package in 2018 was received by a student of BCA which amounted to 10 LPA.

Ques: Can anyone apply for the Nehru Vigyan Scholarship?

Ans: Students who have scored above 75% are eligible to apply. This is applicable to both regular and management quota students, however, seats are limited and will be done on a first come first serve basis. The maximum fee waiver given is 100%.

Ques: What sort of training does the Placement Cell provide?

Ans: Under the Nehru Outbound for Leadership Excellence Program, students are given an opportunity to unleash their potential and expand their boundaries. The program works on the inner strength and core interests of a student to prepare those best for coming interviews.

Ques: What are the other amenities available?

Ans: NASC also has a full-fledged Syndicate bank on campus and 4 ATMs available for 24 hours. Other amenities include canteens, Payphones, stationery shops, courier services, and a digital photo studio to meet all the needs of a student. Multiple cafeterias and food stalls are present.
