St Michael's College provides students of any background with a host of scholarships. Students can also seek several scholarships which are funded by the State and Central government. Some of the prominent scholarships include:
- Single Girl Child Scholarship: A single girl child who has at least 60% in Class 12 or graduation or post graduation will receive INR 500 per month for 3 years of UG programme and INR 2,000 per month for 2 years of PG programme.
- INSPIRE Scholarship: For students between the ages 17 to 22 who have secured Class 12 marks within the top 1% bracket will receive INR 80,000 per year for 5 years.
- Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana: BSc/MSc Students who have secured 60% aggregate in Class 12 for Science subjects (50% for SC/ST candidates) will receive a monthly stipend of INR 5000 and Annual Contingency Grant of INR 20000.
