The university offers MA in five specializations, PG Diploma in five specializations and M.L.I.Sc. Programs. MA degree is of two-year duration, whereas PG Diploma and M.L.I.Sc are of one-year duration.

The minimum eligibility of all courses is graduation degree from recognized university. For M.L.I.Sc, candidate with B.Lib or B.L.I.Sc after graduation is eligible for admission. For PGDCA, minimum required marks are 45%.

IODE offers online application process for which candidate must follow given instructions:

Visit the State Bank of India Website.
Click on Registration form and fill the necessary details.
Pay the registration fees through Online SBI portal.
The fees consists of form fees, registration fees, enrolment fees and exam fees.
Next step is to email scanned copy of registration letter, fee receipt, photo & signature and mark sheets to iodebu@gmail.com.
For sending the documents through email, candidate must first photocopy the registration letter, paste the photograph, sign below the photograph and scan.
