Shaheed Bhagat Singh College - [SBSC], New Delhi - Scholarship Details

The fee of the college is okay. I can say as compared with the facilities it is good as we get a lot of facilities. The college also provides financial assistance to students who perform well in the term exams, many of my friends also availed of the benefits of this and it is a great initiative by the college principal to motivate the students. I see my course is affordable to me according to my course

The fees increase every year by RS.2000. Examination fees vary as per the number of subjects every semester. Summer internships are available for students who want to further explore the subject.

The yearly fees increase every year in all three years(1st year=Rs.8000, 2nd year=Rs.10000, 3rd year=Rs.12450 (approx amounts). Examination fees are based on the number of practical subjects. There are no campus jobs available but many internship opportunities are provided.

Sbsc charges fees from 10-15k per year which is quite good. The main expenses are for accommodation. The student has more exposure to different opportunities like part-time jobs and internships. Thus we come across exposure.

The fees were average but every year there was a little hike in fees the thing I liked was that the college also provided some kind of student aid fund. Which we have to go through the process of submitting the necessary documents and then the final round is a personal interview if the student passes this he /she gets some amount in kind of scholarship.

Rs. 7500 fee I had given in 1st year and Rs. 10250 in 2nd year but in 3rd year 12250 fees continuously increased college gave their explanation that because of inflation and cost increases and college funds are low that's why they increased the fee. The aid Fund of the college provides Rs 2000-7000 to needy students on the basis of interviews.

Fees are nominal and till now we have not seen a jump in the same. The college also provides some scholarship opportunities, particularly for backward and brighter students. Wide scope of job opportunities in this college but the placement cell is a bit less active.

As the fee structure was quite okay 5k to 6k for a yr. is payable and also we get scholarships in different criteria as I get bcz my father was not there and was low income so they gave me 3000. In placement, we have a special placement cell and they arrange all this with a head teacher but in BA there is no or very little scope.

Very affordable with gradual increases - 1st year 7000, 2nd year- 10000, 3rd year -12000. merit-based and financial aid available. work study, research assistantships, and internships are offered. average package is 5.8 lpa indicating good job prospects.
