Navyug Kanya Mahavidyalaya, Lucknow Admission 2023: Application Process

Navyug Kanya Mahavidyalaya offers the BA, B.Sc., and B.Com. Courses at the UG level. The B.Sc. course is offered in 3 specializations.

To become eligible for BA course, candidates should have completed 10+2 examination from any stream with 40% marks. For B.Sc. courses, candidates should have completed 10+2 examination from the respective Mathematics / Biology group with 40% marks. For B.Com. Course, candidates should have completed 10+2 examination with Economics or Mathematics as a compulsory subject with 40% marks to be eligible to apply. Apply for UG Courses

Admission to the BA, B.Sc. and B.Com. Courses will be done based on scores in the entrance examination conducted by the Lucknow University. The counselling process for the same will be conducted by the college.

Key Points:

• Candidates should be minimum 17 years of age to apply.
• Entrance examination will be subject specific and will contain 100 questions.
• The questions in the entrance examination will be of objective type.
• Duration of the entrance test will be 90 minutes.
• SC and ST candidates are given relaxation of 7% in minimum marks.

<p>Navyug Kanya Mahavidyalaya offers the B.Ed. course at the UG level. To be eligible for the B.Ed. course, candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree from any stream with 55% marks for B.E./B.Tech degree and 50% marks for all other degrees.Admission to the B.Ed. course will be done on the basis of scores in the UP B.Ed. JEE, conducted by Lucknow University. Eligibility Selection Criteria B.Ed. -

(i) Bachelor’s degree from any stream.

(ii) 55% for B.E./ B.Tech degree and 50% for all other courses.

On the basis of score in UP B.Ed. JEE

Key Points:

• Candidates who have appeared for the final examination of Bachelor’s degree and are awaiting results for the same are also eligible to apply.
• UP B.Ed. JEE consists of Paper 1 and paper 2, each containing 2 sections.
• Paper 1 will consist of 100 questions in total and will test students in the general knowledge and language sections.
• Paper 2 will consist of 100 questions and will test the students in their subject specialization and the general aptitude sections.

Navyug Kanya Mahavidyalaya offers MA program at the PG level in 2 specializations. To be eligible for MA program, candidates must hold Bachelor’s degree in the respective specialization with minimum 45% marks.

Admission to MA program will be done on the basis of scores in the entrance test conducted by the Lucknow University. Apply for PG Courses

• Candidates who have appeared for the final examination of Bachelor’s degree and are awaiting results for the same are also eligible to apply.
• The entrance examination will be conducted for 2 hours and will comprise of 3 sections – A, B and C.
• Section A will comprise of 5 questions and accounts for a total of 25 marks.
• Section B will comprise of 3 questions and accounts for a total of 30 marks.
• Section C will comprise of 2 questions and accounts for a total of 20 marks.
