KITS Divili B.Tech and Diploma Courses Admission 2023
The institute provides B.Tech in 6 specializations and Diploma courses in 3 specializations. The minimum eligibility for B.Tech is 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. Additionally, those who have passed or appeared in the final year of the Diploma examination in Engineering conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana or any other examination recognized as equivalent are also eligible to apply.
For Diploma courses, SSC with Science subjects is required to be eligible for admission.
B.Tech admission is done through AP-EAMCET, which is an online test of 160 questions with a duration of 3 hours. The final selection is done on the basis of merit list prepared by giving 75% preference to EAMCET score and 25% to the marks secured in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry of the qualifying examination.

Key points for B.Tech admission:
- For EAMCET, the qualifying marks are 25% for general candidates. No such qualifying marks are required for SC/ST candidates.
- For all the branches of B.Tech except for Agricultural Engineering, candidates should have completed 16 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission.
- Upper age limit is 22 years for all the candidates and 25 years for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates as on 31st December of the year of admissions.
- Relaxation of 5% marks is given to SC/ST candidates in the qualifying exam percentage criteria.
- Admission to 85% of the seats in each course shall be reserved for the local candidates and the remaining 15% of the seats are for candidates from other states.
- Only those candidates are considered local candidates who have studied in an Educational Institution in a local area for a period of not less than four consecutive academic years ending with the academic year in which they appeared in the relevant qualifying examination.

The institute offers M.Tech in 6 specializations, M.Pharm in 2 specializations and an MBA program in its PG program.
For all the courses, candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in the relevant field with at least 50% marks (45% for reserved category) from an AICTE/UGC approved university.
For M.Tech and M.Pharm, the candidates have to appear for AP-PGECET entrance test. However, during the seat allotment, initial preference will be given to candidates qualified in GATE / GPAT in the relevant field based on their test scores and the remaining seats will be filled with the candidates qualified in AP PGECET as per their merit ranks.
For admission to MBA, the candidates will have to qualify AP ICET.

For AP EAMCET and AP PGECET
The application form has to be submitted online on the official website of EAMCET and PGECET respectively. The following documents must be kept ready for filling the details during online submission:
- Hall ticket number of qualifying examination
- Hall ticket number of S.S.C.
- Proof of Date of Birth
- Caste certificate in case of SC/ST/BC candidates
- Aadhar card number
- PH, NCC, Sports certificate
- Certificate of income up to INR 1 Lakh or up to INR 2 Lakhs or more
- Study or residence or relevant certificate for proof of local status (last 12 years)
The application fee is INR 400 for SC/ST and INR 800 for others. However, candidates can fill application forms till extended dates by paying appropriate late fees.
For AP ICET
Candidates can apply for AP ICET online on its official website. The application fee for the online application form is INR 450. They can also fill the forms till extended dates by paying appropriate late fees. The last date of applying with late fees of INR 2000.
The payment of the registration fee can be done online through AP Online services or Payment Gateway provided (through Credit Card/Debit Card/ Net Banking).
