Nirma University Placements 2022: Average Package: INR 10.35 LPA & Highest Package: INR 24 LPA
Institute of Management, Nirma University is conducting its placement drive for the batch 2022 and till now 17 companies participated in the placement drive. The highest CTC stood at INR 23 LPA and the average CTC stood at INR 10.35 LPA.

The final placement report of the 2020-21 batch is released. According to the report, the highest CTC of INR 18 LPA was offered by Falcon Heater, Qatar. The average CTC stood at INR 9.25 LPA & the median CTC stood at INR 9.50 LPA.
During the 2021 summer internship placement drive, the highest stipend stood at INR 35 K per month which was offered by JP Morgan. Students received an average stipend of INR 11 K per month.
Major recruiters included Arcesium, Plutomen Technologies, Creative Jio Labs, Birla Soft, Infosys, Cognizant, JP Morgan, Crisil etc.

Students are eligible for campus placements after the 6th semester and the 10th semester there are over 40 different companies that visit during the campus placements There has been 100% statements and I too We'll opt for campus placements

This year the highest package stood at 30 LPA which was offered by Morgan Stanley. The average package is approx 12 LPA. 100% of students got placed and some of the companies that visited were Infosys, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Delloite, Axis Bank, ICICI bank, etc.
Placement Experience:
While our university doesn't offer campus placements for BBA students, the prospects improve significantly for MBA students. Campus placements for MBA typically commence around the end of the 9th semester. Renowned companies such as HDFC, ICICI, Axis Bank, and City Bank are known to participate in the recruitment drive. The highest package secured last year reached an impressive 30 LPA, while the average falls in the range of 12 to 18 LPA, highlighting the lucrative opportunities available. It's worth noting that the majority of MBA students secure placements through the campus recruitment process, making it a reliable avenue for launching their careers.
Placement Experience:
I dont know much about placements as I am in 2nd year but this year's average MBA package was 12.20 LPA. My plan after BBA is to take CAT and attempt for IIM but if not I think I will do my MBA from here only.
