If you want the stamp of Panjab University on your degree, then you can opt for CCET Chandigarh. Although, CCET will not provide you with any extra benefits/royalties like Panjab University. Instead of CCET, UIET is a better choice.
From the study point of view, there is not much difference between these two colleges.
For CSE, Chitkara University is a great option. A relative of mine recommended Chitkara University to me. According to him, Chitkara University charges 80,000 a year and every rupee is worth it. Here are some highlights about the institution:

CGC Landran is an average college for CSE but it is better than any other colleges in the North. The good thing about CSE is that you don’t need a reputed college to learn about CSE. You can learn the required skills with a laptop. If you have the required skill set, you also do not have to worry about placements.
The table below has a brief overview of the CSE program at CGC Landran.

TPP Classes: The newly launched training and placement programs help the students to become industry-ready. Though you will be charged an extra amount of Rs. 4500 but these skills like programming, aptitude, and soft skills will help you in final placements.

So, overall the college helps its students a lot. Every college has some advantages and disadvantages and so does this college. But at the same time, you will get the best out of this college if you study hard.
This is basically the admission criteria for management quota which is relaxed after some time. They could even ask for donations later. You can secure admission to CGC Landran in the following two methods:
They are generally on the lookout for admissions and at the start, claim that they have limited seats. They might push you in the direction of mechanical, electronics and IT but in my opinion, you should stick to the field of your choice. The ‘limited seats’ notion is mainly a business gimmick and out to fool people. You will definitely get the branch of your choice. You might have to persevere a little more for it, but it will be in your hands.
If you're considering pursuing a degree in Computer Science Engineering or Information Technology, you might be wondering which university to choose. Here are some things to keep in mind when comparing Chitkara University with CGC Landran and Chandigarh University:
Overall, if you're looking for high-quality education and excellent career opportunities in the field of CSE/IT, Chitkara University is a strong contender worth considering. Its practical approach to education, strong industry connections, and commitment to student success set it apart from other universities in the region.
CGC Landran is a great option for a B.Tech in CSE. It has a motivating campus environment and it is known for its excellent placements. Around 98 percent of students from the CSE branch get placed each year. According to CGC Landran placement highlights the highest CTC offered by the students is around INR 40 LPA. Major MNCs such as Microsoft, Google, IBM, HCL, etc. attend the placement drive.
CGC Landran is a private engineering college located in Punjab, India. The admission process for the college is conducted through JEE Main and Punjab Technical University (PTU) counseling. As per the JEE Main rank mentioned by you, it is difficult to get admission to the CSE branch in CGC Landran. However, the final decision regarding admission will depend on various factors such as the number of available seats, the number of applicants, and the cutoff score.
As per the admission rules, PTU colleges cannot admit students until the online admission is completed. Only the remaining are given admission directly. Usually, students don’t apply online. If you are adamant about PTU, go only to the PTU main campus or Guru Nanak Engg College Ludhiana.
CGC should not be given much preference as it is all about inflated figures and misleading statistics.
Chandigarh Group of Colleges (CGC) Landran is affiliated to PTU Jalandhar and approved by AICTE, PCI and NCTE. They have a student population of more than 15000 students.
Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College (AKGEC) Ghaziabad is affiliated to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University. It was ranked as a Top 10 Private Engineering College in Delhi and NCR by Dataquest.
CSE in both the colleges is offered as a 4 year full time course which deals with computer networking, programming and languages.

I have a few friends at CGC and I heard good things about the institute from them. It is well-known for offering good placements and a decent academic environment.
The institute conducts extra classes. These classes are about HR, group discussions, etc. Here, you will be given placement papers targeting certain companies by the teachers. At the weekend, you will be handed over modules and questions that concern that specific company.
My sister recently graduated from CGC Landran and has better information about the teaching techniques employed at the institute. Here is what she had to say.
In the first year of college, the teachers do not use projectors a lot and they just give the students notes for the subjects.
In the second year, the syllabus starts getting tougher and the length of the chapters in subjects also increases as the core subjects get included. It becomes a challenge to complete the syllabus in time. That is the reason why second year onwards teachers mostly give notes and teach from PPT Slides to cover up the syllabus.
Hope this clears your doubt.
