DOMS IIT Roorkee Placements 2022: Average Package: INR 16.8 LPA & Highest Package: INR 25.8 LPA

Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee has concluded its placement drive for the batch 2020-22. During the placement drive of 2022, the Highest CTC stood at INR 25.8 LPA and the Average CTC stood at INR 16.8 LPA.

The institute has also released its summer internship placement drive for the batch 2020-22 in which 107 Internship opportunities were offered and the Highest Stipend stood at INR 1.8 Lakhs whereas the Average Stipend stood at INR 50.1K.

Some of the major recruiters who participated in the placement drive were- Deloitte, EY, Paytm, Axtria, NatWest, ICICI Bank, HCL, Vedanta, Infosys, and etc.

In the placement drive of 2021, 48 students participated in the placement drive wherein 41 companies participated in the placement drive out of which 30 were new recruiters which offered 128 opportunities and 51 offers. There was a 25% increase in the pre-placement offers.

During the placement drive of 2021, the highest CTC stood at INR 19 LPA and the top 25% average CTC stood at INR 15.33 LPA whereas the top 50% average CTC stood at INR 12.97 LPA and the average and mean CTC stood at INR 10.71 LPA and INR 10.58 LPA respectively.

Job roles like Management Trainee, Program Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst were offered and top recruiters like EY, Deloitte, Paytm, Infosys participated in the placement drive.
