Master of Business Administration [MBA] (Human Resource Management) From DOMS, Roorkee

Graduation with a CAT score or a professional qualification equivalent to that of a University degree recognized by UGC, in any discipline with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PD). Final-year students are also eligible to apply. Such candidates, if selected, will be admitted provisionally, provided they complete all requirements for the qualifying degree with minimum percentage and CGPA or its equivalent by the specified date that will be intimated later. The percentage will be considered on the basis of aggregate marks/CGPA awarded in the qualifying degree examination.

OR

IIT graduates (admitted through IIT-JEE) with a CGPA of 7.0 or above on 10 point scale are exempted from the requirement of CAT.

DoMS IIT Roorkee MBA Selection Criteria

Candidates will be shortlisted for the GD-PI round based on their performance in CAT. The minimum CAT cut-off (percentile) required for admission to DoMs Roorkee is 95 and above.

The final merit list will be prepared based on various parameters, the following weightage will be assigned to different factors:

Candidates must bring the following documents (originals) at the time of interview:-

• Scorecard of CAT
• Certificates & mark sheets of all years/semesters of the qualifying examination
• Certificate & mark sheets of High School
• Secondary School Certificate or equivalent examination
• Category certificate of OBC/SC/ST/PD issued by a competent authority 
• Medical certificate to support the physically handicapped status, if applicable
• Certificate in respect of work experience, if any
