XISS Ranchi Placements 2023 Report

During XISS Ranchi Placements 2023, 224 students secured job offers. They also received 10 pre-placement offers. 9 students opted out for higher studies, entrepreneurship, and family business.

Students received an average salary of INR 9.40 LPA. The highest salary offered was INR 20.50 LPA.

Reputed recruiters like Deloitte, EY, HDFC, ICICI Bank, Emami, MTR Foods  & many more visited the campus.

XISS Ranchi Placements 2023 Programme - Wise 

The below table shows the statistics of program-wise students placed:

The highest number of students were hired from the Human Resource Management program which is followed by the Marketing Management program.

Among 224 students, 62 students got placed in the Human Resource Management program, 52 students got placed in the Rural Management program, 53 students got placed in the Financial Management program and 57 students got placed in the Marketing Management program. The highest CTC was also offered in the Human Resource Management program.

The highest & average salary increased as compared to last year. The highest salary increased by 36.66% ( approx.) & average salary increased by nearly 24%.

PGDM HRM batch comprised 62% female students & 38% male students, the PGDM Finance batch has 55% female students & 45% male students, the PGDM RM batch comprised 48% female students & 52% male students, and the PGDM Marketing batch comprises of 43% female students & 57% male students.
