University Business School or shortly known as UBS, Chandigarh maintains a good placement record every year. The institute has concluded the 2023 placement drive. The highest salary increased by 10.22% & stood at INR 58.48 LPA. Students received an average salary of INR 13.72 LPA which increased by 35.2% as compared to the previous year. Out of 115 participating students, 105 were placed. The placement drive saw a participation of more than 55 recruiters. Major recruiters included Tolaram, Trident, American Express, Dabur, Adani Group, Korn Ferry etc.

During the 2022 placement drive, the highest and average CTC stood at INR 53.06 LPA and INR 10.13 LPA respectively. A total of 135 students participated among which 129 students were placed.

UBS Chandigarh has not released its summer internship placement complete data. Till now many students got internship offers from recruiters like GSK, Parle, Tata AIG, SBI Life Insurance, Punjab National Bank etc.

But there were ups & downs seen in the average CTC package offered during UBS Chandigarh placement drive over the last few years.
