The highest international salary stood at INR 27 LPA & the highest domestic salary stood at INR 19 LPA. Students received an average salary of INR 11.49 LPA. JIM Jaipur Placements 2022 Highlights

During JIM Jaipur Placements 2022, more than 98% of the students were placed. The highest international salary stood at INR 27 LPA & the highest domestic salary stood at INR 19 LPA. Students received an average salary of INR 11.49 LPA. Students received job roles like Supply Chain Consulting, Procurement Advisory, Service Operation Analyst etc. Some of the top recruiters included Amazon, Deloitte, KPMG Global Services, EY, PwC etc.

During the 2021 placement drive, over 51 new recruiters offered 113 lucrative placements. This was in addition to 350 registered recruiters. New recruiters included companies like Napino Auto and Electronics, Erraro, Livpure, Canara, HSBC Bank OBC Life Insurance, GEP Worldwide, DTDC Express Limited, Optimus Pharma and McKinley.

Marketing and consulting profiles had dominated the overall placements. Consulting offers made up over 17% of the ongoing placements with 85 students hired as against 77 students last year.

The institute witnessed an increase in the average placement package as it went up to INR. 7.04 LPA as against INR. 6.75 LPA last year.

The following table represents the Industry-wise placement statistics that have been observed till now:

Consulting offers made up over 17% of the ongoing placements with 85 students hired as against 77 students last year.

The IT and ITES sector has made up 15% of the total offers. Companies like HCL, GEP worldwide, Daffodil Software, Sopra Steria, MyGate, NoPaperForms, Zycus recruited the students.

FMCG, on the other hand, has contributed to 11.5% of the placements so far, by hiring 58 students.

According to the institute, the Banking sector also attracted as many as 50 students, making up for almost 10% of placements at Jaipuria. IDFC First, ICICI, HDFC AU Small Finance Bank were some of the firms that hired the students from the campus.
