According to my friends at Indira Institute of Management, Pune, the placement opportunities for MBA depends on your previous stream, B.Com, CA, Engineering, etc.
- If you were a part of these streams then you have the advantage of landing comparatively better placement packages.
- A number of companies visit for campus recruitment and offer decent salary packages. The major recruiters here are Amazon and HDFC bank. Other banks such as ICICI, Federal Bank, etc. are among them.
- The campus attracts many MNCs visiting from diverse sectors as well.
- All the students receive placements from the campus. The recent batch received the highest package offered by Amazon, 14 LPA.
- The average salary package varies between 5-6 LPA and the lowest salary stretches to 3.5-4 LPA.
