BIT, Raipur offers M.Tech program in various specializations at PG level with an annual intake of 18 seats in each discipline. The eligibility criteria for admission in the ME/ M.Tech program will be as per norms laid down by Directorate of Technical Education, Raipur.

However, the admission in M.E. / M. Tech. for the sponsored seats will be done at institute level as notified by DTE Raipur. Aspirants with valid GATE score are eligible for counselling. Sponsored candidates should have minimum two-year of teaching experience.
