Academy of Management Professional Development (AMPD), Thane is a unit of NKT Group. It offers Bachelor and Master courses in Business Administration. It also offers Vocational Programs in Financial Market and Retail Management. The programs are recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC), All India Council for Technical Education (A.I.C.T.E) and Distance Education Council (DEC). It is affiliate to Punjab Technical University (PTU).

The college has separate hostels for boys and girls with all modern facilities. The main aim of the college is to produce business leaders who think globally and contribute to the societies. The college has placement cell that regularly provide proper guidance to all students for their final placement. AMPD also provide Traineeship after that students will be placed as Trainees in various Participating companies across Mumbai.
