GCCBA, Chandigarh UG Admissions 2023

GCCBA is known to conduct courses in BBA, B.Com and BCA at UG level. Admissions are direct i.e. based on marks secured in last qualifying examination. The admissions will be given through a process of Centralized Admission conducted by DHE in order of merit.

Candidates desirous of seeking admissions will be held eligible as under:

Candidates having a compartment in class 12th qualifying examination will be held eligible for admissions as under:

They should have the compartment in one subject only.
Applicants should have obtained minimum 20% marks in the compartment subject.
They also should have obtained the minimum percentage of marks in aggregate required for the concerned course.

In case of candidates applying for BCA course, preference will be given to students who have studied Mathematics/Statistics and Computer Science/Computer Applications/Information Technology or equivalent.

GCCBA, Chandigarh M.Com Admissions 2023

At PG level, it offers a two-year degree course in M.Com. The selection of candidates is done on the basis of merit as per marks secured by candidates in last qualifying examination. The eligibility to seek admissions is as under:

Any other qualification recognized by Panjab University Syndicate.

GCCBA Application Process 2023

The step by step procedure to make an application will be as given below:

Visit the website www.dhe.chd.gov.in and click on the link ‘e-Admissions’ for online Application Process.
Click on Sign Up to register by providing Email ID, Mobile Number and Name.
An SMS will be sent to the applicant with the password for further process.
Log in again and click on “APPLICATION FORM” under New Student option.
Select Centralized Admission for the courses and fill up the form.
Upload scanned copies of all certificates/ testimonials, photograph and signature.
Save the changes and submit the form.
College authorities will scrutinize the documents and confirmation of admissions will be given to shortlisted candidates.

Scholarships

GCCBA, Chandigarh offers Dr. Ambedakar Centrally Sponsored Scheme of Post-Matric Scholarships for the Economically Backward Class (EBC) Students. Candidates who are permanent residents of Chandigarh with a family income of not more than INR 1 lakh per annum are eligible to apply for this scholarship. They have to fill application form regarding the same at www.dhe.chd.gov.in to avail this scholarship.
