- Candidates who will successfully submit the application form will be called to appear in the entrance test conducted by VTU on specified date.
- If students clear this test, they have to go to the college and pay fees of INR 20,000/- (for external candidates) and INR 15,000/- (for internal candidates).
- After making the above payment, students will be given a Roll No. and they can proceed to meet their concerned HOD.

Online Mode
- Candidates are required to visit the official website of the college and click on the “Apply Online” link.

- As soon as the student fills the above details, the screen will display a page asking for more information.

- Once the entire form is filled, they need to click on the “Submit” button.

Offline Mode (For Ph.D only)
- Candidates need to first download the application form from the official website of VTU.
- They should then meet with the concerned HOD in the college’s campus to discuss upon the topics which they would prefer to opt for their study.
- They are then advised to pay a fee of INR 5,000/- towards counselling fees, seat reservation and application fees.
- After paying, they need to submit the filled application form along with the receipt of INR 5,000/-
- The candidates are also informed that they will be receiving back the same application form with the signatures and seal of the concerned HOD and Principal.
- Lastly, candidates have to submit this application form in VTU, Belgaum personally.
