Rawal Institute of Engineering and Technology offers B.Tech in four specializations with four-year duration.
Candidates applying to the B.Tech course should have passed Class 12th or any equivalent examination from a recognized board/university with 50% marks in aggregate (45% in case of reserved category candidates) in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one out of Biology, Computer Science or Bio-Technology as optional subject.
