Mewat Engineering College offers the B.Tech course at the under graduate level under five speicalizations. The B.Tech course is taught for a duration of four-year. The college also offers B.Tech Lateral entry admission to the students for a period of three-year.

The minimum eligibility for B.Tech is 10+2 examination with Physics, Mathematics as compulsory subjects and Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Technical Vocational subjects as one of the subjects with 45% marks.

For B.Tech Lateral entry, candidates who are holders of a Diploma in Engineering / Technology or a B.Sc. degree, from a recognized institution, and have obtained minimum 45% marks in the qualifying examination (40% for reserved category) are eligible to apply.

Admission to the first year of the B.Tech course will be done by the college on the basis of performance in the JEE Main entrance examinations. Lateral entry applicants will be allotted seats based on their scores in the OLET LEET entrance examination.
