Ans. JNNCE is one of the best colleges in the country for engineering courses. The college is well equipped with needed lab facilities in all departments. There are four boys hostels in the campus with a total capacity of 744 students and two girls hostels outside the campus with accommodation capacity of 405 students. The college also encourages science forums, university level presentations, projects, cultural activities etc. Placements are also good as students are placed in some of the top companies with an average salary package ranging from INR 2 LPA - INR 3.5 LPA.

Ans. JNNCE, Shimoga and SIT Tumkur both are the best engineering colleges in the country. SIT was ranked 82 for BTech in IndiaToday 2020 rankings whereas JNNCE was ranked 80 for BTech in IndiaToday 2020 rankings. Most of the students at SIT are placed from CSE department in some of the top notch companies such as Amazon, Target, IBM, VMware, Accenture, Siemens, Bosch etc and the package offered can be as high as INR 29 LPA whereas the highest package at JNNCE is around INR 14 LPA.
Ques. Is BVB a better option than JNNCE?
Ans. As per recent rankings, JNNCE has done quietly well as it is ranked 48th best in national private college category & 9th in state. There are good chances of getting placed in core companies and with handsome salary packages. In BVB, Mechanical and Civil departments are the best and they have good experienced faculty. Placements are good for EC, CS and IS and Infosys, Accenture, Bosch and KPIT are the major recruiters at BVB. In terms of infrastructural facilities, JNNCE is better than BVB.

Ans. Candidates can apply either online on the official college website or visit the college themselves and fill and submit the application form along with required documents. The college has started the online application process from July 5, 2021. Candidates also need to appear for and qualify the respective entrance exam for the course in which they are applying for. The college office is open from 10 AM to 5 PM from Monday to Friday & 10 AM - 1PM on Saturdays.
