Global Institute of Technology (GIT) Jaipur is a private engineering college located at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. The institute was established in the year 2002. It is affiliated to Rajasthan Technical University, Kota

GIT Jaipur offers educational programs at undergraduate and postgraduate levels focusing on the field of Engineering and Technology. All the courses are approved by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education).

The institute offers B.Tech. under six specializations for a duration of four years. Admission to the program is done through merit in JEE Main. 

At the PG level, the institute offers an M.Tech. program in four disciplines, admission to the same is granted on the basis of the rank secured in the GATE examination.

At the UG level, the institute offers a B.Tech. under 7 specializations for a duration of four years-

Eligibility Criteria

The candidates must have passed 10+2 level examination with Physics/Maths and one subject from Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Computer Science/Technical Vocational Subjects with at least 45% in subject combination above from a recognized board/university.

Selection Criteria

Admission to the program will be granted on the basis of rank secured in JEE Main.

• 15% seats are reserved for Management Quota and admission is offered to XII passed students, on the basis of JEE Main score & as per the guidelines of REAP (Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process)
• 15% seats in each branch are reserved for students from outside Rajasthan state or other states and their admission is offered on the basis of JEE-Main score & as per the guidelines of REAP.
• Admission against 70% seats in each Branch of Engineering is offered to XII passed students, on the basis of JEE Main score & as per the guidelines of REAP.

M.Tech. is offered under the following specializations for a duration of two years-

• Digital Communication
• Computer Science and Engineering
• Power Systems
• Production Engineering

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered eligible for the M.Tech program, a candidate needs to hold a B.Tech./B.E. or equivalent degree in concerned branch with a minimum required marks from any recognized institute/university.

Selection Criteria

Admission to the program will be granted on the basis of a valid GATE score. Final Selection to the M.Tech program will be done through Centralized Admission for M.Tech, (CAM) conducted by Rajasthan Technical University, Kota.

  • JEE/ REAP allotment letter

  • Photocopy of Aadhaar card.

  • Medical fitness certificate (to be downloaded from REAP website)
  • Transfer certificate
  • Migration certificate
  • Colour passport size photos: 4
  • Photocopy of caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC)
  • Photocopy of domicile certificate (only for outsiders)

For the purpose of submission, the candidates can do so online or offline.
