M.Tech From CEERI, Pilani

Eligibility

Institute offers M.Tech. Degree Program in Advanced Electronics Engineering. For the M.Tech. the degree program, the candidate must have passed the undergraduate degree in BE/B.Tech. with a minimum of 55% marks scored in the academic curriculum. 

The duration of the course is 2 years. Detailed eligibility criterion:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology following a four-year engineering/technology or 4/5 year science degree or equivalent degree of not less than four years’ duration with CGPA ≥ 6.5.

Selection Criteria

The candidates having Aat least one of the following can get admission to the M.Tech program.

1. Awarded a national-level fellowship tenable at CSIR-CEERI, Pilani. Awarded as a CSIR-SRF, or CSIR-GATE-JRF.
2. Qualifying the conditions for the award of the INSPIRE fellowship or 1st rank in the University.
3. Qualifying all the conditions stipulated by CSIR and CSIR-CEERI for Project Assistants to admission for MTech
4. Qualifying the conditions stipulated by AcSIR for industry-sponsored# students.
5. A valid GATE/ NET score (Rank ≤ 2000 for UR; Rank ≤ 3000 for OBC; Rank ≤ 5000 for SC/ST/PH), or
6. CGPA (≥ 8.0 for UR; ≥ 7.5 for OBC; ≥ 7.0 for SC/ST/PH) at the BE-level examination.

Candidates should fill the application online and for the admission process need to visit the institute with all the pre-requisite documents on the specified date after the counseling process and cut off list has been generated.
