Dedicated to the cause of social uplift through education, Farook College stands unique among the educational institutions of Kerala. In addition to being the largest residential post-graduate institution affiliated to the University of Calicut, it enjoys the distinction of being the most advanced co-educational Muslim minority institution in South India.
Farook College offers a number courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels as well as guidance in research in specialized fields. Admission to the UG courses starts in the month of May, whereas, admission to the PG courses commences in the month of June.
Based on the merit of the candidates, Provisional rank lists are published and the candidates are intimated for the Interview round. The Final rank lists are then published for the shortlisted candidates.

Farook College offers B.A., B.Sc., B.Com. courses under a number of specializations. B.A. is offered under six different subjects, whereas, B.Sc. is offered with eight different subjects.
Application process for admission to UG courses start in the month of June and are based on merit of the students at 10+2 level. Students who are shortlisted for admission are called up for the Interview round. All the UG courses offered are of 3 years duration.

Farook College also offers a number of PG courses under various specialization subjects for the graduate students willing to pursue higher education in the subjects. All the courses are for a period of 3 years.
Admission to the PG courses starts in the month of July and eligible candidates shortlisted in the Provisional Rank List are intimated for an interview. Based on the candidate’s performance in the interview, the candidate gets selected for the course.
