Ahalia School of Engineering and Technology offers B.Tech program at the undergraduate level. The B.Tech course is offered under five specializations.
For minimum eligibility, candidates must have passed 10 + 2 examination from a recognized board having secured minimum 60% marks in Physics and Chemistry / Computer Science / Biotechnology / Biology and minimum 55% marks in Mathematics.
Applications to the first semester of the B.Tech course are also accepted from candidates who are holders of a Diploma in Engineering from a recognized institution. Holders of a Diploma in Engineering who have secured minimum 60% marks in aggregate are eligible to apply for admission into the third semester of the B.Tech course, through the lateral entry process.
Admission to the B.Tech course is done based on performance in the KEAM (CEE) entrance examination conducted by Commissioner of Entrance Examinations, Kerala. The counselling process is conducted by the KEAM counselling authorities and will be done through a Centralized Allotment Process (CAP). Admission to B.Tech Lateral entry is done on the basis of lateral entry scheme of Karnataka state government (KEA DCET).
