The candidate should have passed Graduation in the relevant stream from a recognized university
Admissions to M.E. are through GATE or TANCET scores, based on which merit list is prepared by Anna University according to its criteria. The list is then forwarded to Agni College of Technology so that they can offer admissions to students.

GATE score is required by those students who are willing to apply for a master’s or Ph.D. program. The section below throws light upon the list of documents required and where an applicant apply for the entrance.
The applications for GATE are accepted through the official website of GOAPS. Where the applicant must register first to create a new registration using one unique email id.
Students appearing for TANCET must have at least 50% in bachelor’s. The application fee of INR 500 (for general category) and INR 250 (for reserved category) must be paid before submitting the application.
