Adichunchanagiri Institute of Technology, Chikmagalur offers admission to B.E. program on the basis of performance in the relevant entrance examination viz. CET. Candidates should have passed at the 10+2 level from the science stream in order to be eligible to apply. Selected candidates must provide all original documents for verification for final admission to be processed.

CET consists of a written paper with 180 questions covering all relevant subject matter to the engineering field.

There are 60 questions each for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
The questions are multiple-choice.
The paper is of 80 minutes duration.

Adichunchanagiri Institute of Technology, Chikmagalur offers admission to M.Tech. programs on the basis of performance in the state level entrance examination PGCET, conducted by the Karnataka Examination Authority. In case of MBA, candidates require a valid CAT / MAT or equivalent score.

PGCET is of 150 minutes duration with 75 questions covering all relevant subject matter to the engineering field.

The paper is of 100 marks.
The questions are multiple choice and the test is conducted online.
For 50 questions, each correct answer is worth one mark. The remaining 25 are worth 2 marks each. There is no negative marking.

Candidates must retain a printout of this completed form with them at the time of examination.

For Management Quota seats:

The forms can be obtained through offline mode from the college office. Application fee must be paid and form should be submitted to the office with all required documents.
